Facilities Management Services (FMS) is an integrated management services which encompasses Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS), Biomedical Engineering Services (BEMS), Linen and Laundry Services (LLS), Healthcare Waste Management Services (HWMS), and Infection Control and Cleansing Services (CLS). This unit was added in the new Concession Agreement to ensure that all services are well managed and properly integrated. Facilities Management Service includes the helpdesk service and other administrative scope required to ensure the smooth running of all core services in the Hospital Support Service.
